Eligibility Criteria
1. The eligibility criteria for empanelment of agencies for specialised
monitoring are as follows:
The firm should have conducted statutory audit/concurrent audit/forensic audit/TEV/Cost
Audit/Transaction monitoring/Specialised Monitoring for a minimum period of three years.
Number of professional employees should be a minimum of two other than key management
personnel.
The professional employees should have relevant educational qualification and work
experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Engineering/ Costing and Sector specific areas as
applicable. (Educational Qualification and Work Experience stipulated in table below)
The agency applying should be registered with any of the professional bodies like ICAI, ICWAI,
IEI, ECI, Pharmacy Council of India, etc.
The agency should have presence in India.

The name of the agency/promoters/partners/KMP should not be in the defaulters/barred/caution list

published/listed at websites of public bodies such as RBI/IBA/ECGC/SEBI/CIC etc. The agency
should furnish a self attested affidavit in this regard.
