We would like to propose to run a series of company-wide training classes targeting the following soft
skills of our employees:

the SALT initiative.
3. Effective working practices and habits This was identified to be a need among the office

As requested by Technical Training Dept. in order to
expand their pool of delegated instructors per
4. Train the Trainers department.
As requested by QACD in order to run Quality-
related training classes and orientations.

 The list already integrates the soft skills needs identified in SALT.
 The list does not include technical trainings provided by Techinica Training Dept.
 The list provides courses that can be rolled out company-wide. For soft skills training needs
specific only to individual employees, we will evaluate it on a case to case basis.
