of Examiners for Civil Engineers, the Examining and Registration Process, the Act's
Enforcement, and Related Penal Provisions. It offers a thorough framework for
describing civil engineering procedures, requirements for certification exams, and
penalties for infractions.

Republic Act No. 544, also referred to as the civil engineering law, governs the
practice of civil engineering in the Philippines. Board of Examiners for Civil Engineers is
