    Subject: Complaint About Shipping Errors

    Mr./Ms. Manager of ADINDA Paper Store
    in Yogyakarta

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    We would like to inform you that the delivery of paper products we ordered arrived on time on
    January 16, 2021. However, upon inspection, we found discrepancies between the type and quantity
    of paper that we ordered and what you sent, as well as some items in poor condition.

    The discrepancies are as follows:


    1. The sent HVS paper is 80 grams in weight, whereas it should be 60 grams.
    2. The quantity of colored HVS paper in the order does not match what was requested, as each should
    be 250 reams.
    3. 10 reams of white HVS paper are damaged due to inadequate packaging.

    We kindly request you to cross-check our order with the items you dispatched. We believe that there
    was no deliberate intent in the shipping errors. Nevertheless, we sincerely hope that you can promptly
    address these issues.
