    Dear Mr Rizky

    I was sorry to learn from your letter that the fax machine supplied to this order can’t turn on
    when they reached you.

    We will send a refund for the fax machine, because we can’t repair it. The refund will be
    transferred to your company account. Please keep the damage goods, we will send our people to
    collect it from your company.

    To avoid further inconvenience and annoyance to costumers, as well as expense to ourselves, we


    will check the goods twice before we send it and we will pack the ordered goods more safely.
    We apologize once again for this, and hope the steps we use taking will not disappointed you and
    we ensure all yours orders in future the package will be more safely.
