To Whom it May Concern:

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation letter for Muhammad Rizky Hasibuan. I


highly recommend Rizky to your organization for the position of Administration Staff.

I have known Rizky for the past 1 semester as he has taken the following course that I teach
Business Writing and Correspondence. As his lecturer, I have had an opportunity to observe
his participant and interaction in class and to evaluate Rizky’s knowledge of the subject
matter. He is and outstanding students in all respects. Rizky has proven that through hard
work, follow though, and team work, he can accomplish tasks in a courteous and timely
manner.

Rizky has a number of strengths to offer an employer. Rizky is always interested in


supporting others, positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility. I was quite
impressed by Rizky’s ability to complete all work assigned to him on time, if it not before it
was due.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Rizky. If his performance in my class is any


indicaton of how he’d perform on Administration staff, Rizky will be a positive addition to
your company.

Answer (Number 2)

Office Rental Contract

This property rental contract, entered into on the 7 day of July, 2021, is a binding agreement
between Property owner: Mr. Jordan and Renter: Mr. Rizky.
The rental contract is for clothes printing office located at Jl. Abdullah Lubis No.3, Kota
Medan, Sumatera Utara, 20142.

Lease Term:

1. This rental contract shall go into effect on the 8 day of July , 2021, and remain in effect
until the 8 day of July, 2022.
2. The Renter shall receive the keys to the property on the first day of the rental contract,
provided the first month’s rent and security deposits have been paid.

Rent and Security Deposit:

The renter shall pay the property owner Rp 3.500.000 per month. The rent is due the first day
of each month and considered late after the nine day of the month. The owner will charge a
late fee of Rp 50.000 for every day the rent is late beyond a two day grace period.
The Renter shall pay a security deposit in the amount of Rp 1.000.000. The security deposit
will be returned to the Renter following the completion of the lease term. If the lease is
renewed, the security deposit will be held until the new lease contract term is completed and
terminated. Any damage, aside from normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security
deposit amount and any funds remaining will be returned to the Renter within one day of the
final inspection.

Insurance:

The Property Owner shall maintain insurance to cover the dwelling and items within the
dwelling that are the property of the Property Owner. The Renter is responsible for securing
and paying Renter's insurance to cover the Renter’s private property.

Subleasing:

The Renter is not allowed to sublease the property


or any portion of the property.

Care and Maintenance:

The Renter shall take reasonable care of the property, including keeping the interior and
exterior clean and free of debris. Other care and maintenance requirements include:
1. Renter must not spill liquids on properties made of wood and cloth

2. Renter must mow the grass in the yard when it is 5 cm high

3. Renter may not change the shape of the building


4. Renter must store the property properly when not in use

5. Renter may paint the walls, but they must be painted as before when the rental period
expires

The renter is required to report any property damage or repairs needed within twenty four
hours of discovery. The property owner shall fix or replace any fixture or appliance owned by
the property owner within two days of receiving a damage report from the renter. Emergency
repairs, such as roof leafs, air conditioning issues, or pipe leaks will be repaired within twenty
four hours, provided a contractor can be secured to do the work within that timeframe. If the
building is deemed unsafe due to needed repairs, the property owner will secure renter
property until the repairs are made. If repairs cannot be made, the property owner will release
the renter from the lease and promptly return all unused rent and security deposits.

By signing below, both parties agree to be bound by the terms of this contract.
