Dear Mr Sukirman
On 23 April 2021, I bought fax machine with a total seven items at Toko Seopa for one million
five hundred thousand rupiah each.
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because the fax machine can’t turn on. I
disappointed because the item was unusable and I spent a lot of money on it and spent my time
ordering a replacement for the fax machine.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your response to repair the fax machine or refund the
purchase of the fax machine.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 30 May 2021.
