    Gretchell C. Yurag, a public school teacher from Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, purchased a Laptop Infinix Inbook X1 in December 2021 that broke after only one month of use despite being well cared for.     To Whom It may Concern:

    I wish to complain about Laptop Infinix Inbook X1, with serial number
    XLCEMPHB1900173 that I purchased on December 2021 at Isulan, Sultan Kudarat

    I am complaining because after one month my laptop is broken even the laptop
    didn’t fall and it has a good holder.. To resolve this problem I would like
    you to change the unit of my laptop or fix it.I am a public school teacher and
    I badly needed my laptop for my school files.

    When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Home Credit insurance device
    agent, they fix it but im not totally satisfied, because they just pit some
    tape on it .nothing could be done about my problem.

    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this


    problem.
