Dear Sir Oath:

Good day!

On November 11, 2019, I bought a 20000mah Teclast Powerbank. I made this


purchase through Shopee, the online shopping app, and the item was delivered to me
by a Ninjavan on November 22, 2019. The transaction is labelled as PRCH-430448.

Unfortunately, the powerbank does not charge when plugged in, nor does it charge
other phones. I have tried using different connectors and adapters, but still got the same
result. Aside from this, I ordered a black powerbank, but I received a white one.

To resolve this problem, I would appreciate a refund, a replacement, or any


compensation which you would deem just. Enclosed are copies of the purchase receipt
and a photocopy of the QR code for my payment.

I am hoping for a positive response to my problem. I am willing to wait until December


15, 2019, after which I will be seeking legal assistance.
