Dear Mr. Diandra
I am writing this message because I have some complaints against your company that has
sent you Dry Heat Sterilization tools. I bought the device two months ago with a cash
payment. The device will be used for Bhayangkara hospital purposes. There have been
several complaints including:
1. Delivery of Dry Heat Sterilization tool is very slow. I ordered this tool two months ago.
2. Wrap the tool packaging has been damaged and there are some parts that are blistered.
3. Dry Heat Sterilization Device on the heating part cannot work properly.
I hope you can explain this as best you can. I am seeking damages for this incident with a
maximum time limit of 3 months because the tool greatly affects the course of dental
treatment carried out by doctors.

In response to a letter of complaint sent by Mr. Ega Putra on October 20, we from the
customer department of public relations group would like to thank you for your complaint.
We also apologize for any inconvenience and lack of service we provide to you. However, it
cannot be denied that there are unexpected events beyond our responsibility regarding the
problem of broken packaging. we will improve the quality of packaging so that later when
cargo shipments do not repeat the problems you experience.
We will indemnify by providing a warranty to you in the form of 1 unit of Dry Heat
Sterilization with an estimated delivery for 2 months because the manufacturer has not
provided certainty to us.
