PRESS CONFERENCE

Bismillahirahmanirrahim, Assalamualaikum.Wr.Wb.

Good morning everyone. First of all, thank you to all the media who attended in press
conference today. I am Fitria Kumala Sari, as the moderator during this press conference.
Next, I will introduce representatives from YON Electronic Company who were present at
event today. First, there is Mrs. Fitria as CEO of YON Electronic Company, and Mrs. Putri
Ayu, as production manager of YON Electronic Company. At this event, we will clarify
issues related to one of our company's products. To shorten the time, please Mrs. Fitria as
CEO of YON Electronic Company to start an explanation regarding this case.

Thanks Moderator. First of all, we would like to clarify regarding the news mentions that one
of our newest smartphone product, that is YON Note 20, has caused some users to suffer
burns. Previously, allow me to express my concern to all customers who have purchased our
latest smartphone product, but have experienced this problem.

Next, I will explain about this issue. So, on April, 24 th 2022, dr. Soetomo hospital have
increased the number of patients consisting of twenty children with the same case. After
found the various information, it was suspected that all of the patients had suffered serious
burns and were caused because they were playing a smartphone while it was charging. All the
used smartphone were purchased from our company when we were giving a 90% discount at
the grand opening in the area. For other explanations will continued by my colleague.

Thank you Mrs. Fitria for the explanation and has shown the concern for all the customers
had purchased the YON Note 20 smartphone product, but have the problem. Next, we will
listen the explanation from Mrs. Putri as production manager about action taken by YON
Electronic related the problem. To Mrs. Putri, time and place are welcome.

Thank you. After we know the problem and do checking it turns out to be true that the
smartphone product exploded was bought from our company and we admit that the incident

happened because negligence of our company does not include the guidebook about
smartphone product. From the guidebook, customer can know how to use the YON Note 20
smartphone product correctly, where a smartphone not be used for a long time while charging
the battery because the battery heats up fast. For the victims have burns due to explosion
from a smartphone, we ready to cover all costs of the victims, start from the hospitalization
cost, recovery cost, and medicines. We will also do recall of all YON Note 20 products.
Besides that, we will stop the distribution of YON Note 20 products and give the information
for the society to temporarily stop use the product.

Thank you Mrs. Putri, YON Electronic had done the best action. From the problem that we
are facing now, we will increase the performance and productivity of our company with do
more careful checking for the products we will sell. Many things can we make learning from
the problem to the future. We hope with the program and action what we do to solve the
problem can return the company reputation and the customer keep on trusting to our company
regardless of the problem. That is delivery of the explanation from YON Electronic
