Evaluate weakness of ‘Health Master’

In the COVID-19 situation people will get those service which are very important and essential
by using our app. But unfortunately there are some risk factors in our company. Not only in our
company but also in every company there are always some risk factors that’s why there are
competitions in market.

For heath master the main risk is the Mobile application. Our app giving all kind of services so
there is a lot of options for that. When a user use the app he have to calm down and read the
instructions first. Then he/she have to choose the options. Sometimes we do things in a hurry so
that can’t find what we are looking for. Now days mobile phones are very common and every
type of people use phones. Once they get used to with it they can easily shift other apps to our
apps.

Secondly, we are new in the health & care market. There are some companies who are giving
services before us which we call our competitors. In the market they are not giving all the
services like us but they are giving some similar services and people are used to it. People don’t
want to switch from one place to another if they get good services. So, it’s a challenger for us to
approach those customers to use our apps. Once they shift to us we will become the market giant
but we have to make campaigns and advertisements to call them to our company.

Health Master have some problem of geographic location. As if it is a new company so that we
can’t afford all of the location in Bangladesh because we need to negotiate with the doctors,
diagnostic centers etc. At first we will cover up the Dhaka and later we have a plan to cover
whole country. The companies who are already in the market they already expanded their
business in the city so it’s a challenging factor for us.

Technology

The world is getting technological day by day. In this modern world people are now using
advanced technology like smart phones, tabs etc. but in the rural area people are not aware of
technologies. Many of them don’t use mobile phones. So it will be a great problem for market
expansion. On the other hand urban people are so much aware of technology. Technology not
only saves time but also saves lives. We will have a professional IT team in our company who
will work for 24*7 for our app and website development. In our company our main engine is out
IT team so if they fail anyhow or the app crash anyhow there will be a massive problem. We
have a lot of data about our users and customers. Technological fail will create a massive
problem if we don’t care of it. On the other sector if we start rapid growth we can appreciate our
technological system as well as our IT sector.

Contingency Plan

We will start our business to help the people in the COVID-19 situation as well as normal days.
But not all business becomes successful and that’s why we always need a plan B. In this business
we have a less chance of failure but we have a backup plan for this. If we observe that we are not
getting succeed we can shut down some of our sectors which have big competitors and latter we
can turn on the sector again. We always backup our user’s data so that any kind of disaster
happens our customer’s data stays safe. We will always have our contracted backup suppliers
because if anything wrong happens our customers don’t suffer much. We will always careful
about any pandemic situation comes so that patients can take our services happily.
