application. Gaming and social networking apps are two of the most widespread types of mobile
applications. However, our business concept will focus on and enable all people who desire to
live a healthy lifestyle. Our business is intended to provide people with satisfaction and to assist
those who have suffered from mental illness. Because our company is in the computer business,
there is no need for a large investment.
This application is clearly needed for a certain person in a market where current type of mobile
application is desperately needed by persons to restore their lifestyle after suffering from mental
health issues, specifically in this pandemic. We will ensure the security of our mobile application,
and any information acquired will be treated with the highest confidentially in accordance with

accommodations, and responsibilities to those who use our mobile application, in addition to an
excellent people experience. Will be compatible with today's sensitivities and expectations of
perfection.
Our company competes with other highly mobile applications that also focus on lifestyle.
However, our mobile application has carefully blended a strategy that is unique to the people
who would use it. As a startup company, we expected our application to have problems and
receive bad criticism when it initially started, but we will improve in the following months so that
customers can have a better and more enjoyable experience with our application.

MARKET DEMAND AND INDUSTRY DYNAMICS

A. Record Of The Estimated Market Demand
- In economics, demand is a fundamental concept that refers to a consumer's desire to
purchase goods and services and willingness to pay a price for them. Demand, along
with supply, determines the actual prices of goods and the volume of goods that
changes hands in a market.

a. Income
The demand for goods and services also depends on the incomes of the people. The
greater the incomes, the greater their demand will be. However, the effect of change in
income on demand depends on the nature of the commodity under consideration. If a
specific good is a normal good, then an increase in income leads to rise in its demand,
while a decrease in income reduces the demand. But if the given commodity is an inferior
good, an increase in income will then reduce the demand, and a decrease in income leads
to rise in demand.

b. Prices of substitutes and complementary goods

A substitute, or substitute good in economics is a product or service a consumer sees as
the same or similar to another product. An increase in the price of substitute will lead to
an increase in the demand for given commodity and vice-versa.

A complement refers to a complementary good or service used in conjunction with

another good or service. Usually, the complementary good has little to no value when
consumed alone, but when combined with another good or service, it adds to the overall
value of the offering. An increase in the price of complementary goods leads to a decrease
in the demand for given commodity and vice-versa.

c. Number of consumers
The market’s demand for a good is influenced by adding up the individual demands of the
present as well as prospective consumers of a good at various possible prices. The greater
the number of consumers of a good, the greater the market demand for it. The increase
in consumers can happen when more and more favored substitute goods than a specific
commodity. Then the number of substitute’s buyers will rise. When the seller expands to
a new market to distribute goods, or when there is a growth in the population, the
demand for a specific good can also escalate.

d. Consumers’ taste and preferences

Tastes and preferences of the consumer have a direct influence on the demand for a
commodity. This can be applied for products in fashion, customs, habits, etc. For example,
if a commodity in fashion is on trend and is preferred by the consumers, the demand for
such a commodity will definitely rise. On the other hand, demand for it will fall, if the
consumers have no taste or preference for that commodity.

e. Consumer’s expectation
Another factor which influences the demand for goods is consumers’ expectations with
regard to future prices of the goods. If the price of a certain commodity is expected to
increase in near future, the consumer will buy more of that commodity than what they
normally buy. In that situation, they won't have to pay a higher price in the future. If the
price of petrol is expected to rise in the next few days, people will rush for fuel. Similarly,
when the consumers expect that in the future the prices of goods will fall, then in the
present they will postpone a part of the consumption of goods with the result that their
present demand for goods will decrease.

Enterprises Positioning

B. Enterprise Delivery System

Implementation Of The Enterprise Strategy
Communication of the mental health strategy as well as education, campaigns and role modelling
in the workplace can facilitate a culture shift in the organisation, placing a focus on the
importance of good mental health, according to Thriving at Work: The Stevenson/Farmer review
of mental health and employers (2017).
Education and training can raise mental health awareness and teach first aid, arming all levels of
employees with the skills to recognise and access help for themselves and others, and giving
them the language to start an open dialogue about mental health in the workplace. Practical skills
include self-help strategies such as mindfulness, meditation and yoga. There should also be an
internal resource available offering information and sources of support for mental health
conditions.
Many employers provide resources to enhance the physical health of their employees, such as
discounted gym membership. Naturally there is now a trend to provide similar resources to
enhance the mental health of employees. Indeed the link between mental health and physical
health means strategies can improve both.
A holistic approach to wellness means that mental wellbeing is part of the approach, alongside
physical and emotional health for workers. For example, campaigns aimed at encouraging
workers to take their lunch break away from their desk, yoga or Pilates classes in the workplace,
through to classes and digital Apps in mindfulness, and meditation classes. There is no single
approach to addressing wellbeing but it is key to deliver a programme which is relevant to the
needs of employees and is both proactive and reactive, aimed at creating an environment which
is conducive to positive mental health.

B. Risks
- Reputation Risk
A disgruntled customer, a product failure, bad press, or a lawsuit have all had the potential to
damage a company's brand name. However, the pace and scope of reputation risk has
increased because to social media. Utilize reputation management tactics to frequently monitor
what people are saying about the organization both online and offline to prepare for this
danger. Plan to respond to such remarks and assist in the rapid resolution of any issues. To
avoid litigation and product failures, keep quality in mind. (Boitnott, 2021)
- Operational Risk
Internally, externally, or a mix of variables might cause this business risk. Something
unexpected might occur, causing you to lose your company continuity.
A natural disaster or a fire that damages or destroys your physical business might be that
unforeseen occurrence. It might also be due to a server outage caused by technical issues,
humans, or a power outage. Many operational hazards are linked to individuals. Employees
might make mistakes that cost them time and money.
These operational risks, whether caused by people or processes, can have a negative impact on
your firm in terms of money, time, and reputation. Through training and a business continuity
plan, address each of these major operational hazards. Both strategies allow you to consider
what may go wrong and devise a backup plan or proactive efforts to guarantee that your
operations are not disrupted. (Boitnott, 2021)
