- Kalimat pertama pada surat harusnya diawali tanda baca titik bukan tanda baca
tanya karena itu kalimat penyataan bukan pertanyaan.

I ordered 10 boxes of biscuits on January 18th and 3 boxes of them were expired.
the product packaging and box looks damaged and the expiration date has passed 1
year ago.
I am very disappointed with this shop. With this incident I request a cancellation of
the order and a refund of the amount that has been paid.
