Dear Mr. Rumambi,


Through this letter, I would like to complain about the service I have recently received from PT
Modem Express customer service officer, Rizkiawan Abdian.
I called PT Modem Express on March 29 to find out how to solve the problem with the Modem
Express type 21-ZE that I had just purchased. After I waited for a few minutes, Rizkiawan finally
picked up the phone. I had to explain my problem several times as he didn't seem to be listening,
so I asked him the same question over and over again. Rizkiawan asked me to wait for a few
minutes and then said he couldn't help me. All in all, I was quite frustrated.
I expected a high level of service from your company, and I was quite disappointed. Since I don't
want to spend much time on this issue, I will be returning the Express Modem Type 21-ZE
immediately, and I expect a full refund. I will tell my friends and family about this experience.
