To Mr Smith

I am writing this letter to complain of the poor driver. I want to convey my complaint because
of one of the drivers in your company.

This incident occurred on Sunday, May 22, 2022 in the 54 Herington Street area. At that
time, my family and I were driving leisurely. A few minutes later, there came a very fast
truck.

It was fine at first, until we found the truck speeding back and going through several traffic
signs.

We kept behind the truck because we happened to be in the same direction as the truck.

I almost got angry when the truck tried to get out of the way, but didn't turn on the turn
signal, even though there were several bicycles on the side of the road.

At that time our family also meant to stop by one of the restaurants for a while.

Maybe that day we were meant to meet your company truck along the way. A few meters
after continuing our journey, the truck was behind us.

Filled with hope, we think the truck has changed drivers or has calmed down a bit.

But apparently not, while stopping at a traffic light, the truck tried to slip beside our car and
hit the car's rearview mirror until it cracked.

My father got out of the car and scolded the driver. The driver was silent and reprimanded my
father.

I was really angry. My first impression of the company became bad.

I hope the company can reprimand drivers and implement more training on road user safety.
