Guidelines and Procedures
1. Each week, the instructor will upload modules to LMS (google classroom) where students can check, view and study. Modules will not be allowed to edit
or print. Check modules weekly.
2. Attend full face to face classes. Schedule of classes per subject is specified in the class list schedule. This is once a week conference schedule per subject.
Attendance is mandatory.
3. The activities found in the modules must be answered or accomplished in a yellow pad paper and must be submitted to school on your respective
schedule or as required by the instructor. This is mandatory.
4. Healthy safety protocols such as wearing face mask, face shield and social distancing is optional.
5. Bring your own pen. (Borrowing pen is not allowed)
6. The same process will be repeated for each period.

REFUND and DROPPING RULES:
* Down Payment for Tuition Fee and other fees are non-refundable, regardless of the situation.
* 7 days from the beginning of the classes;
> Only 50% of full cash payment will be refunded.
> Students can officially drop but still need to pay 50% of the whole tuition fee.
* On the 8th class day from the beginning of the class;
> Tuition fee already paid in full can no longer be refunded.
> Students who will drop their subject are obliged to pay the whole amount of their tuition fee.

Refund and dropping requests are still subject to the approval of the REGISTRAR'S OFFICE, ACCOUNTING OFFICE AND CAMPUS DIRECTOR.
