FAVOURITE PERSONALITY

There are a lot of people all over the world who have achieved greatness and people look up to
them. Many celebrities, leaders an artist served as the inspiration for a lot of people. Yet the qualities
of each and everyone are not the same and similar because a great man is one who serves
humanity’s heart and soul. Thus, everyone has a favourite personality, whom they admire.

Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the name, that holds great reverence in the hearts of
Pakistani’s, and I see him as my favourite personality. He was a man of great determination and
courage, who fought for the rights of his people and laid the foundations for an independent state.
Born on December 25th, Quaid Azam received a western style education and was trained as a lawyer.
As the leader of Muslim league, he became known as “ father of nation “ in creating Pakistan on 14th
August. His vision for an independent country was based on the principles of unity, faith and
discipline. He believed that a nation can only win if its people were united and work together.
Despite facing countless challenges , Quaid Azam never waved from his mission. He worked tirelessly
to secure the rights of Muslims in Hindu population. Not just a political leader, but also a man of
great integrity and character. His impeccable honesty is actually the cause of his respect and
admiration of people.

Even after his death, his legacy continues to live. His teachings and principles are still relevant today,
and are exemplary for other leaders. He was not just my favourite personality but was also a hero for
millions of Pakistanis, every year celebrating 25th December, make us remember of the values he
stood and strive for to uphold them in our lives. Long Live Quaid Azam!
