Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the founder and leader of Pakistan. He worked tirelessly for Hindu-Muslim unity at first but grew disillusioned with some Hindu leaders' narrow vision. He then joined and transformed the Muslim League, inspiring Muslims with his vision for a separate homeland. Through his leadership and dedication, Pakistan was created on August 14, 1947, realizing his dream of a nation for Muslims to practice their religion and customs freely. Jinnah served briefly as Pakistan's first governor general before his death in September 1948 from tuberculosis.

Hero shows you how to solve problems yourself. (Jet Li)
Every nation has its heroes. A national hero is a man of exceptional qualities and strength of character. They perform wonderful achievements which benefit the whole nation and the whole mankind with his selfless and sincere efforts, and he can raise the fate of his nation. He is a man of great courage and determination. All history is the biography of a great man. (Carlyle) I have read about many heroes in history, but my favorite Personality is Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. I like him very much because of his honesty, intelligence, devotion and hard struggle. The matchless leadership of Quaid e Azam liberated the oppressed Muslims of the sub-continent from the equal slavery of the Hindus and imperialism. His name is Muhammad Ali Jinnah, his father name was Poonjah Jinnah and his mother name was Mithibai Jinnah. He was born in Karachi on 25th December 1876 in a middle class family. His father was a merchant. After his matriculation, he was sent to England for higher education. He was a keen and upright student, interested in legal matters. Therefore, he took admission in Law department of Lincoln’s Inn College. He qualified from the Lincoln’s Inn as a brilliant Lawyer and returned to India. Jinnah began his practice in Bombay when he was twenty years old. Quaid-e-Azam was the only Muslim barrister in Bombay in those days. He adopted English language for his profession throughout his life because he was fluent in English language. He was a successful lawyer of India. Once, Advocate General of Bombay invited him to work from his chamber but he refused. It was the peak time of his popularity. Think 100 times before you take a decision, But once that decision is taken, stand by it as one man. (Quaid-e-Azam) On his return to India, he joined the Indian National Congress in 1906. He was the supporter of Hindu-Muslim unity in India. However, he become disappointed from the narrow vision of some Hindu leaders. He left Indian National Congress and decided to join the Muslim League. Quaid joined All Indian Muslim League in 1913. He worked hard for Muslim League and inspired the Muslims of India with his glorious vision, sincerity and dedication. He worked hard for a separate homeland for the Muslims. Quaid-e-Azam realized the world that Hindu and Muslims are two nations. Their religion and customs are different from each other. 14 August 1947 was the day of his triumph and victory. In this way, the new Muslim country “Pakistan” appeared on the map of the world with the struggle of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Failure is a word unknown to me (Quaid-e-Azam) Just after independence, he constituted the council of Muslim leaders in which they elected Quaid-e-Azam Ali Jinnah as head of the state. He took the oath of office as the first Governor General of Pakistan, the new country. Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the Quaid-e-Azam in the sense of the word. Jinnah suffered from tuberculosis from 1930s. Only his sister and few close associates were aware of his illness. His sister realized that the weather of Karachi is not good for his health. Therefore, she took him to Quetta city of Baluchistan province in June 1948. His health had been breaking down under heavy pressure of national building work. He died on 11 September 1948. He was buried at Karachi.
