 Introduction:
Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah was the creator of the state which never existed on the
map of the world. People had many hopes in Jinnah because he was the only leader which the
Muslims produced in a very long time. He was appointed as a leader by Muslims because there
was such total faith in his honesty, integrities and intentions and he meant everything he said.
Death of Jinnah shocked all the Muslims because they didn’t know what to do as Jinnah was an
exceptional leader and his death was unexpected so Muslims had no idea what to do in their new
state.

 SUMMARY:

Mr. Quaid–e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah became the first governor general of Pakistan after
the independence and his sister Fatimah Jinnah became the mother of the nation. The title Quaid-
azam was given to Mohammad Ali Jinnah was by mualana mazharuddin Shaheed in 1938.He
also became the president of Pakistan’s constituent assembly on 11th august 1947 and Mr. Jinnah
said about the future of secular state Pakistan. Mr. Jinnah was surely the best leader not only for
Muslims but he was among the best leader of the sub-continent. Second World War had a
significant effect on events leading to creation of Pakistan. British Government eager to attain
cooperation of leading parties of India including All Indian Muslim League. Quaid-e-Azam
elaborated Lord Linlithgow on the League Working Committee's stance. In August 1940, the
British Government issued a white paper to gain Indian support. The scheme was called the
August Offer. Quaid-i-Azam realized the importance of the scheme. Sir Stafford Cripps arrived
in India on 22nd March 1942. Held talks with Indian leaders including Quaid-e-Azam on his
Cripps Proposals .The Cripps proposals were rejected both by the Congress and Muslim League.
Quaid-i-Azam was against these proposals and termed it as unfair to Muslims. After the War the
British Government was left with no option but to give independence to India. Quaid-i-Azam
rejected the Cabinet Mission plan and said, "Pakistan is the only solution to the constitutional
problems of India" The Muslim League withdrew its support for the plan and decided to take
action to attain Pakistan. The League along with Congress was invited to form the interim
government but it was not done so.

 Example:
Some points in light of leadership framework. Mr. Jinnah was absolutely sure of himself and of
his cause, Muslim Cause, and particularly the Pakistan demand, He had immense faith in himself
and ‘never courted popularity’’. He told one of his political rivals, my way of action is different.
I first decide what is right and do it. Then people come around me and the opposition vanishes’’
Jinnah not only could feel Muslim aspirations but he was the only Muslim leader of India who
could express, aggregate and articulate these aspirations in concrete propositions whether in the
form his ‘fourteen points’, or eventually in the demand for Pakistan, Jinnah was a sober, Rational
leader, not a demagogue. He always ‘avoided the display of emotion in public’’, This did not
mean that he was devoid of passions. He believes passionately in his cause of Pakistan.

 Conclusion:
I learnt from Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah is the perfect leadership because he proved
that a leader can’t lose his people in their time of need and always be with his people, supporting
them. I admired his determination that he set his goal towards independence and he achieved a
new Islamic state for Muslims considering the hardships he faced. He was loyal to his people and
lead his people to success. Quaid e Azam was one of a kind and no other leader can be found like
him. He is a role model for every leader who wants to work for the betterment of his people.
