Load tests for cable support sys-

tems
All the OBO articles and systems
are subjected to practical load
testing. The basic principles for the
tests of OBO cable support sys-
tems are included in IEC 61537.
After the load test, the maximum
load capacity can be determined
for each component, depending
on the support distances and spe-
cific article parameters, such as
component dimensions. This is all
shown in a chart, included with
each component.
You can find additional information
on the load tests for cable trays,
brackets and suspended supports
in this catalogue. The values given
do not take resistance against en-
vironmental forces such as snow,
wind and other outside influences
into account.
