graduation, and load cell sensitivity are correctly set.

It can only work when SPAN SWITCH is on (ENABLE).
Before Calibrating, please enter Z mode.

Print Position
The printing position of each item data is decided by setting the distance from 0 point (X=0, Y=0) to the base
position (X value, Y value).
Print Angle
Print angle of each Print Item can be selected from 4 different angles, 0 degree, 90 degree, 180 degree, and 270
degree. A whole format base or each Item Data-base may set print angle. According to the selected print angle,
the status of print position differs as the following samples.

advance. A logo data is formed by a pattern of dots (128 horizontal dots and 64 vertical dots.) However, since the
Label logo data is printed within the limits, which are programmed in label formats, program the logo data within
the limits of print area on the format.
Note: All standard formats have 37 dots x 30 dots for logo print area.

automatically filled when SLAUGHTER HOUSE field and CUTTING HALL field are entered. The last 6

1 Concept
Nutrition uses fix template to print. Totally It has 12 fix templates(No. 70 ~ No. 81).
2 Setting Method
1. Enter S mode
2. Enter “S19 --- PLU ITEM” and set “IMAGE” and “NUTRI” to “PROGRAM”
3. Enter “S12 --- FREE FORMAT”
4. Enter “S12.5 IMG 1 47 F ITEM” to “S12.5 IMG 10 56 F ITEM” to set the print area of Nutrition. (In each
label format, totally you can print 10 images)
5. Enter “S1 --- PLU FILE” to create PLU.
6. Enter “S1.50 PLU 0 IMAGE 1” to choose the template number for IMAGE 1 (From No. 70~ No. 81).
…
7. Enter “S1.59 PLU 0 IMAGE 10” to choose the template number for IMAGE 10 (From No. 70~ NO. 81).
8. Set “S1.81 PLU PRINT NUTRI” to set nutrition print status to “Print”.
9. Enter from S1.82 to S1.10 to input nutrition contents.
10. For extra details on the Nutrition Fact, Enter S11: TXT form to edit by hands.
11. Enter “S12 --- FREE FORMAT” to set up the TXT position.
12. Press [PLU] key to save.

Two methods to print allergen. One is used allergen file and the other is used HTML
tag.
When setting the spec535=0 or spec535=2, the printing data is more than one line, it
will shifted to the next line.
In the S25.1 set the allergen data (max=100 bytes), for an example set the
allergen data as peanut (The allergen data also need be set in the S10 INGR
FILE)
In the S25.2 set the allergen font, if chosen as default it follows spec534
setting.
Also you can choose the frame/inverse/underline/double (Vertical and
Horizontal)/double (Vertical)/double (Horizontal)
E.g. set as underline. Then press PLU key to save and exit.
S10.1 set the ingredient data, for an example set as chocolate peanut sugar
Note: If you set the allergen printing type as underline, in the S10.1 set the data font as
S1~S5, the allergen data will be printed 2 dot underline. If the data font as M1~M5, the
allergen data will be printed 4 dot underline.

Print out the allergen label, if you choose the allergen font as S1~S5 in the S10.1 and
choose the allergen type as underline in the 25.2, it will print as 2 dot underline. And
if you choose the allergen font as M1~M5 in the S10.1 and choose the allergen type
as underline in the 25.2, it will print as 4 dot underline

The other method is used HTML tag to print out the allergen data.
Set spec534 as 7 (HTML TAG)
Other settings are similar as the step 4 to step 6.
One different is in the S10.1 ingredient, it need add the html symbol on the allergen
data.
E.G. Set the allergen data type as frame. In the S10.1, set the data as chocolate
<f>peanut</f> sugar (M3 size).
