Then during lockdown, I created
Hope Walking to help others
working their way through
grief and loss.
After training as a walk leader,
I spread the word over Facebook
and started organising walks,
some lasting as long as five days.
They allowed us to connect and
remember our lost loved ones,
while helping to restore our own
wellbeing. Everybody had their
own reasons for joining us.
