Navigation to fund transfer

“Transactions” menu allows you to transfer between
your accounts, transfer to any other HNB account or
Other Bank accounts. You can choose various
transaction networks such as SLIPS / CEFT and RTGS
depending on your requirement.

When doing a transaction to a registered payee, two

factor authentication (OTP) will not be required.

Note: If the transfer is to another

bank credit card, please use SLIPS
option.

Fill in the details as requested in each page to proceed. Standing

orders can be created here itself under “Set payment date &
frequency” If a date further on is selected, your payment will be
scheduled for the selected day. Recurring payments can also be set. Common electronic fund transfer (CEFT)
These will appear in your ‘My transactions’ widgets’ calendar in your network enables real-time fund transfers.
dashboard, and under ‘View scheduled transactions/ View standing
order instructions’ in the ‘Transactions’ menu.

Click on submit to proceed with transaction. This will lead you to a

‘Preview and con irm’ window, in which you have to enter your OTP
via your secure banking method to con irm the transaction.

Afterwards, a preview window will be displayed where you can

download a bank statement con irming the transaction as a PDF, XLS, List of CEFT participants.
