Sub : Amendment NOC stipulating fire protection & fire fighting requirements
for the proposed Low rise residential building on plot bearing FP No.
432 of TPS V at VM Ghanekar Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai. For
M/s. AKME Properties.

In this case, please refer to this office NOC issued u/n. FB/LR/R-III/218 dated
10/01/2017, stipulating fire protection & fire fighting requirements for proposed construction
of Low rise residential building having ground floor on stilts + 1st to 7th upper floors with a
total height of 23.98 mtrs. from general ground level to terrace level.

Now, Architect has submitted amended plans for approval & proposed the
following amendments;
1. The L.S. has now proposed minor changes in the parking layout at the Ground floor level.
2. The L.S. has also proposed to increase the Width of the Staircase from 01.20 mtrs to
01.50 mtrs as shown on plans.
3. The L.S. has also proposed to change the Location of Electric meter panel box on ground
floor as shown on plan.
4. The L.S. has proposed minor internal changes in the pump room as shown on ground
floor.
5. Minor internal changes proposed floor wise without changing the users.
6. No any other changes except as stated above and as shown on the plans shall be carried
out on the premises unless permitted by this department.

The proposal is considered favourably in view of the facts that;.


1. The N.O.C. for the proposed construction of low rise residential was already issued by
this office u/n. FB/LR/R-III/218 dated 10/01/2017 and this N.O.C. is for certain
amendments.
2. The site abuts on 09.15 mtrs wide D.P. road on West side which is accessible for fire
appliance in case of Emergency.
3. During construction stage & before the final occupation party agreed to comply
additional requirement stipulated by Mumbai Fire Brigade Officer, if any.
In view of the above, as far as this department is concerned, there would be no
objection for the proposed construction of Low rise residential building having ground floor on
stilts + 1st to 7th upper floors with a total height of 23.98 mtrs. from general ground level to
terrace level., signed in token of approval subject to satisfactory compliance with the
following requirements;

1. All the Fire Protection & Fire-Fighting requirements stipulated u/n. FB/LR/R-III/218
dated 10/01/2017 shall be strictly adhered to,. along with the following additional /
modified requirements;

The party has already paid Scrutiny fees of Rs. 1,05,000/- vide Receipt No. 4917641 &
SAP. Doc. No. 1002811178 dated 07/01/2107, on the total built up area of 2480.00 Sq. mtrs.
as certified by the L.S.
Now the L.S. vide his letter has certified the gross built up area as 2480.00 Sq mtrs
and the party has paid an additional scrutiny fees of Rs. 30,000/-vide Receipt No. 791851/52
& Sap Doc. No. 1003517066 dated 12/02/2019.
However, E.E.B.P.(W.S.) is requested to verify the total built-up area & inform this
department, if the same is found to be more for the purpose of levying additional Scrutiny
fees, if required.

Note;
1) The fire-fighting installation shall be carried out by approved Licensed Agency.
2) There shall not be any trees obstructing fire appliances reach in compulsory
open spaces, required as per D.C.R.
3) The Area Calculation submitted by the architect in the plans shall be verified by
E.E.B.P.(W.S.) & if any change then the proposal shall be referred back to this
department.
4) This N.O.C. is issued from Fire Safety Point of view only.
