INTRODUCTION
SCOPE
As a UX designer, there is an opportunity to make a
difference by ensuring user-friendly products and
platforms for non-profits with constrained budgets
and limited design resources. Collaborating with
existing organizations or self-initiating a project
can improve their digital reach and impact.

OBJECTIVES
Conduct a usability test on a non-profit organization's
digital platform (website or mobile app). My goal is to
identify areas of improvement and provide design
recommendations to enhance the user experience.
