FISH POLVORON

Ingredients: Equipment/Utensils

8 cups flour(ordinary) colander

4 cups refined sugar mixing bowl

2 tablespoon fish flour or (FPC) measuring cup

2 tablespoon vanilla extract measuring spoon

¼ kilo shortening/margarine polvoron molder

¼ kilo/250grams powdered milk sifter, frying pan

Japanese paper/wrapper or water cellophane

Procedure:

Sift flour and sugar. Toast the flour until golden brown. Sift again to remove the lumps, then set aside.
Melt the shortening and add the flavoring/vanilla extract. Mix toasted flour, sugar, milk, and fish flour to
the melted shortening. Mix well and mold with the use of a polvoron molder. Wrap each mold in the
Japanese paper/wrapper.
