The delay line is used in CRO to delay the signal for some time in the vertical
sections. As horizontal channel consists of trigger circuit and time based generator.
This causes more time to reach signal to horizontal plates than vertical plates. For
synchronization of reaching input signal at same time to both the plates in CRT.
