CONTRACT OF PLEDGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is entered into by and between:

______________, Filipino, of legal age and

a resident of 42 Lizada Street, Uyanguren Davao
City Philippines, hereinafter referred as the
FIRST PARTY;

- And -

________________, Filipino, of legal age and

a resident of Brgy. Manongol Kidapawan City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred as the SECOND
PARTY.

WITNESSETH:

1.) That the FIRST PARTY is the true and absolute owner of the
following personal properties, to wit:

2.) That FIRST PARTY intend to deliver the said personal properties as
a collateral to secure the loan that the FIRST PARTY is applying for
from SECOND PARTY _____________ for an amount of
____________________;

3.) That FIRST PARTY hereby warrants title and ownership over the
above-mentioned personal properties and the FIRST PARTY will
defend the possession of the Pledge from eviction;

4.) That the FIRST PARTY AND THE SECOND PARTY executes this
PLEDGE CONTRACT to attest to the truth of the aforementioned facts
for a contract of pledge and for any other legal purposes that this
Affidavit could serve.
