CERTIFICATE OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN 3 CONSECUTIVE YEARS

I, hereby certify that Dr Chandara RITH, has been in cardiology fellowship training since 2019.
From January 2019 until now, he is working under my control at cardiology department,
Calmette hospital. For almost 3 years in training, he had been exposed and performed
procedures such as transthoracic echocardiogram, temporary and permanent pacemaker,
pericardiocentesis, coronary angiogram and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). He
was also assisted in electrophysiology procedures, pacemaker implantation, ASD closure
device, complex coronary and chronic total occlusion intervention. Besides that, he was
involved in the acute and chronic management of the patients in the wards, clinic and district
hospitals. He was also invited as a guest speaker in the regional cardiology conferences or
symposiums.
