Assessment Requirements

Booking Training

All training requests should include-

 Participants name,position,department and SAP number

 Date and Time available -give options
 Machine make and model

All mobile equipment-

Please ensure equipment is available for use and location has been communicated to trainer assessor.

All assessments-

All online theory and pre-requisites are to be met before a practical can be booked and completed.

High Risk Work-

HRWL /NRT/ High Risk Work certificates should be entered onto participants INX profile or produced at the assessment. Please check they are available or
entered.
