    Realize Phase –
    1) Regular Meeting, demos and scrum calls and also user can participate and give
    feedback .

    2) Plan for everything in sprint wise and use different tools like ADO (Azure dev.
    Ops) for tracking the resource and activities( User story ,task, Bugs) and also test
    plan/test case.

    3) Scrum master will manage everything daily.

    Deploy-
    1)UAT using pre- delivered Test script, end user training materials can be use for end
    user training.
    2)Data migration using LTMC tool for master/transactional data.
