AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Arlene P. Ramirez, 24 years of age, single, resident of Marikina City, Philippines, after
having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

01. That I was present and personally saw that victim AAA was unconscious with
bruises on her left side of the face as well as BBB with multiple bruises and wounds bathing in
pool of blood at BBB’s house.

02. That I am the co-worker of AAA and daughter of BBB.

03. That at around 2:20 am on January 25, 2022, I woke up and decided to buy a
cigarette outside, and went to the nearest store and bought a pack of cigarettes. On my way to the
store, I saw Alejandro walking the opposite direction towards me. On my way home I noticed
that the door to BBB’s house is left open, and I saw my neighbor Kyle Lopez also on his way to
check the house.

04. That the suspect left BBB for dead with stab wounds and multiple strikes to the
different parts of her body, and that AAA was struck in the left side of her face resulting to heavy
bruises.

05. That at around 2:45 am I called the ambulance to bring AAA and BBB to
hospital, BBB was dead on arrival.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the
filing of Criminal Cases against Alejandro for violations of Homicide under Article 249 of the
Revised Penal Code.
