AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, AAA, 30 years of age, married, resident of Barangay Dalig, Antipolo City,

Philippines, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state
THAT:

01. That I was present and personally saw that accused, Alejandro,
committed crime of Homicide against the victim BBB.

02. That I am the co-worker of BBB’s daughter.

03. That at around 2:30 am of January 5, 2022, I awoke to the sound of

BBB’s pleas for mercy. Aided by the kerosene lamp on the floor, I saw BBB being
mauled and stabbed to death by Alejandro.

04. That Alejandro approached me and restrained my arms, but I fought

back and managed to scratched his back. Alejandro punched me on the left side of
my face and hit my left jaw with a piece of wood, then I lost my consciousness.

05. That at 11 am, I woke up in the hospital, and police officers showed me
several mugshots for me to identify my assailant. I was able to recognize Alejandro
from the said mugshots and positively identify the perpetrator of the crime.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Alejandro for violations of Homicide
under Article 249 of the Revised Penal Code.
