COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

I, Alejandro, 23 years of age, single, resident of Barangay Lagim, Quezon

City, Philippines, after having sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby depose
and state THAT:

01. That I deny all allegations of AAA against me, wishful to be acquitted
on the pressed charges against me.

02. That I, on January 4, 2022, came home from work at 6:00 pm, and had
dinner with my live-in partner who was currently 2 months pregnant of that
day. Usually, after dining, I would take a rest early as preparation for the
next day.

03. That I Suddenly, at 2:15 am in the morning of January 5, 2022, my

wife asked me to buy her a snack at a store nearby. Thereafter, I stood up
from bed after a couple of minutes of waking up and brought a cash of P50
upon leaving the house wearing White T-shirt, corduroy shorts, and slippers.

04. That I heard a screeching noise from afar over someone’s house, on
my way to the store nearby, I peeped at the open door and I saw a life-less
woman and another woman who was beginning to lose consciousness.

05. That I was shocked by the ferocious picture of what I witnessed, and I
headed straight back to the street to buy a snack at the store nearby. On my
way, I saw a woman walking in the opposite direction.

06. As I return to our home, I did not tell anybody about what I saw,
especially my wife as I do not want to frighten her with a gruesome story.
Upon waking up in the morning, my brother-in-law came in gossiping about
the death of BBB, as he actually said that his relationship with the deceased
is like a mother and son.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the
filing of Criminal Cases against Alejandro for violations of Homicide under Article 249 of the
Revised Penal Code.
