General Instructions to Vendors:

1. Please submit your most competitive price and best delivery for the item(s) as per attachment all in accordance
with the specifications, terms and conditions of this RFQ. Please submit all information as requested and upon
completion, return this RFQ to the contact person indicated herein above. If you are not quoting, please indicate and
return this RFQ back to the buyer listed prior to the Bid Closing Date indicated above.
2. For any resulting Purchase Order, Saudi Chevron Phillips (S-CHEM) standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase
will apply.
3. S-CHEM standard terms of payment Net 30 Days.
4. Bidder shall be deemed to have accepted S-CHEM standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, unless bidder has
noted specific exceptions thereto in bidders proposal.
5. Include in your quotation the following details:
* Delivery time, delivery mode, delivery terms and payment terms.
* Name, address, City and country of origin of the manufacturer(s).
* Currency, Unit price and extended price for each line item plus grand total.
* Any alternative offer(s) shall made on a separate sheet clearly indicating that it is an alternative, providing the
literature/catalogue for the alternative item(s).
* Please specify additional charges (e.g. freight, legalization, certification, etc.), if any.
* Please specify weight, no. of package(s), size of package(s), etc.
* Please provide MSDS for all chemical materials.
6. Quotations received after the Bid Closing Date will not be considered.
7. Quotations should be valid for a period of 90 days from the Bid Closing Date.
8. Please confirm that in case of partial order, individual items can be purchased at the quoted prices without
escalation.
9. For any clarification on this RFQ, please contact the buyer listed on the request for quote.
10. You shall notify S-Chem whenever there is any change in the technical specifications or dimensions of the
inquired material. You must mention this change in your offer to S-Chem and seek prior approval from S-Chem before
awarding a PO
