ADMISSION CHARGES
• Admission & registration Charges at the time of admission would be Rs.750/- per person which includes
the kit bag and Doctor’s Consultation. Without kit charges would be Rs 500/- per person.
• Patients can purchase the required consumables from the shop in the campus.

REBATE & DISCOUNT


• 5% On the accommodation Charges will be extended Patients staying between 11-20 days.
• 10 % On the accommodation Charges will be extended Patients staying beyond 20 Days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:


• Admission Shall take place between 4.30 to 6/- P.M., and discharges after 4.30 P.M. however this will be
modified to the convenience of the patient and at the discretion of the C.M.O.
• It is mandatory to provide photo ID (Voter’s Card/Passport/Driving License/ Aadhar Card) as per the norms
for security reasons. Without of any of these documents, management has the discretion to deny
admissions.
• An alternate local contact details with phone number to be provided at the time of admission for
emergency purposes.
• Management reserves the right to change the rates at any given point of time without any prior intimation
and rates prevailing at the time of admission will be applicable.
• Extra Bed will be provided in the Non-AC Room at Rs.1000/- per day and Deluxe Room at Rs.1500/-.
However, no extra bed is provided in Cottage, Deluxe Cottage, Special Suite, West End Suite and Royal
Suite.
• For children below 5 years, only Rs.250/- per day is charged towards Diet Charges without extra bed. Age
proof is mandatory for availing the facility.
• Center does not encourage keeping attendants however in case of need patients can keep guests with
additional charge of Rs.400/- per day, per attendant.
• 75 % of the charges to be remitted in advance at the time of booking and the balance 25% at the time of
admission.
• Part payment is not acceptable. The management reserves the right to book for others in case non-
payment of the 75% advance at the time of booking and this part payment will be retained by us for your
subsequent booking within one year, failing which the amount will be forfeited.
• Doctor’s consultation and Room key will be made available to the patients only after receiving the balance
25% at the time of admission.
• For any cancellation prior to 72 hours of scheduled admission date, the advance deposit will be retained
by us for utilization within next 1 year failing which the entire amount will be forfeited. No refund will be
made in case of cancellation.
• Deposits are not transferable and can be adjusted only against bills of the Person for whom the booking
was originally made.
• Extensions and preponement are purely at the recommendation of the doctors and solely at the discretion
of the managements policy.
• Payments should be deposited in the name of NATURE CURE & YOGA CENTRE through our Bank A/c. No.
59109674296742 at any branch of HDFC BANK LIMITED or Transfer Online – IFSC Code: HDFC0000693 of
HDFC BANK LIMITED, PARK STREET BRANCH.
• The pay-in-slip or snap shot as a confirmation of advance payment has to be produced at the time of
admission.
• In case of Sharing the Room, if one bed is booked. The vacant bed can be allotted to another Patient by the
management, otherwise payment for the entire room will be charged.
• Incidental charges for laundry, Mineral Water etc. are chargeable as per actuals.
• Outside food, consumption of non-vegetarian food, alcohol, tobacco, pan masala and smoking are strictly
prohibited during your stay.
• Your rooms and luggage may be checked by us periodically. NCYC can discharge any patient for any
misconduct on their part, without giving any notice, thus forfeiting the deposit.
• It is essential to strictly follow the diet prescribed by the Doctors at the Center.
• Management takes no responsibility for any cash and valuables belonging to the patients. You should take
care of your own cash and valuables and keep them in your secured possession. In case, you want to keep
your Cash with the safe custody of our office, you may please contact Accounts Department.
• Parking of Car inside the premises will depend on the availability of parking space. However, parking inside
the premises will be solely at owner’s risk.
