3.0 Background of the Proposed Project

We are located around Bandar Baru Bangi. Our online customer can reach us in

cater our delivery service nationwide.

We chose Bandar Baru Bangi because its proximity to both road and rail location,
where the cost of production and transportation can be at minimum level. The
sources of our raw materials are located in Klang Valley and Bandar Baru Bangi are
apart of Klang Valley. Therefore, we can ensure that our stocks are made available
between a relatively short distance and at minimal cost.

Our business is selling product online, therefore the distance of the customers will
be not an issue because we are open to deliver our product nationwide throughout
shipping delivery. Cash on delivery only available for area that have distance around
20 km from our base location.
