Description of sales target and Marketing Strategies

Sales Target

Within the next 12 months, I aim to generate $100,000 USD in revenue by selling 10,000 units

of your new baby product in Jamaica through a combination of online sales and partnerships

with key retailers. I aim to target individuals both male and female that are parents with newborn

babies from the age of 1-month old up to 3- years old.

Marketing Strategy

1. Product Launch Event: Host a launch event to generate buzz around your new baby

product and we’ll Invite local parenting bloggers and influencers, as well as members of

the press, to attend and share their experience with their followers and family and friends.

2. Online Advertising: Use popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and

Instagram to promote the product, showcasing its features and functions on a catching

graphics and trend.

Customer Engagement

3. Build a strong relationship with the customers by providing excellent customer service,

responding promptly to customer inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations

and advice. Encourage customers to leave reviews and share their experiences with your

product on social media. Use their feedback to continuously improve the product and

customer experience.

Our company is targeting parents and caregivers with babies from the age of 12 months to 3

years old ensuring that our product, Tender Touch meets the specific needs of children in this age

range. We are also capitalizing on customers who are seeking natural and organic baby products

that are safe and gentle for their little ones. Parents and caregivers that are seeking a reliable,

affordable and trustworthy product that can be used without a hassle.

Title: Summary of Survey Results on Baby Product Preferences and Buying Habits

Introduction:

This summary presents the findings of a survey conducted to gather information about baby

product preferences and buying habits. Questionnaires were sent out to 20 individuals, and the

results are based on the responses received from 7 participants. The survey aimed to understand

the age distribution of the babies, their gender, frequency of purchasing baby products, and the

participants' perception of a reasonable price for baby soap.

Over 50% of the surveyed persons had babies over 12 months old. This suggests that the

majority of respondents had babies in the toddler age range. Among the babies whose age was

over 12 months, 57% were reported to be male. This finding indicates a slight skew towards

male infants in the surveyed population. The frequency of baby product purchases came in as

57% of the respondents reported buying baby products on a monthly basis. This suggests that a

majority of individuals prefer to stock up on baby products for a longer duration before

replenishing their supplies. The remaining respondents indicated purchasing baby products on a

weekly basis. This group of individuals likely prefers to buy smaller quantities more frequently.

Interestingly, 57% of the participants mentioned that a price range of $4 to $6 for baby soap is

considered reasonable. This finding suggests that a majority of respondents believe that baby

soap should be priced within this range to be considered affordable and fair.

Conclusion:

The survey results provide insights into the preferences and buying habits of a subset of

individuals regarding baby products. The majority of respondents had babies over 12 months old,

with a slight skew towards male infants. A majority of the participants reported purchasing baby

products on a monthly basis, while the remainder opted for weekly purchases. In terms of

pricing, 57% of the respondents stated that a price range of $4 to $6 for baby soap is considered

reasonable. These findings can be valuable for businesses and manufacturers in understanding

consumer preferences and tailoring their products and pricing strategies accordingly.

Strengths

The decision to send out questionnaires to gather information about baby product preferences

and buying habits demonstrates a proactive and targeted approach. By directly reaching out to

potential customers, I have taken the initiative to understand their needs and preferences.It has

also allowed me to get valuable Insights: Despite the low response rate, the survey results

provide valuable insights into the target market. The information gathered can help me

understand the age distribution of the babies, their gender, frequency of purchasing baby

products, and the perception of a reasonable price for baby soap. These insights can inform my

business decisions and enable me to tailor my products and services to meet the needs of your

target audience more effectively.

Weaknesses

Low Response Rate: One of the main weaknesses of the venture is the low response rate. Out of

the 20 questionnaires sent out, only 7 were completed and returned.

We’re Targeting audiences such as Parents or caregivers with babies aged 12 months to 3 years

old, Individuals that are interested in natural and organic baby products. Some of our key

strategies and activities I plan on using to get these audiences interest are:

We’ll create a website for users to get information on our product, showcasing its

features, benefits and testimonials.

● Search Engine Optimization

By optimizing the website with key terms we’ll improve the website’s search

engine.

● Content Marketing

We’ll Produce high-quality blog posts, articles, and videos on topics related to baby care,

parenting tips, and the benefits of natural products of Tender Touch.

● Social Media Marketing

SALES AGREEMENT CONTRACT FOR PRODUCTS

Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into

between Tiny Tots, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Jamaica, with its

principal place of business at Fairview Plaza] (hereinafter referred to as the "Tiny Tots"), and

Tender Touch, located at Fairview Plaza (hereinafter referred to as the "Tender Touch"),

collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Scope of Work

The Company agrees to provide the following services/products: a variety of moisturizing

products designed to nourish and hydrate the baby’s skin.

Terms

This Agreement shall commence on June 25, 2023 and shall continue until September 1, 2023

unless terminated earlier as per the terms outlined herein.

Payment Terms

The Counterparty agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services/products

provided. Payment shall be made according to the following terms: Net 90, payments methods

are Bank Transfers, Credit Cards and Check. Any late payment will lead to an interest of 5%

being added.

Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to treat any information shared during the course of this Agreement as

confidential and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the

fulfillment of this Agreement, unless expressly authorized in writing by the other Party.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property rights arising from the services/products provided by the Company

under this Agreement shall remain the exclusive property of the Company, unless otherwise

agreed upon in writing.

Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon both parties agreeing to terminate this

agreement by executing a written termination agreement, if the performance of this agreement is

rendered impossible or significantly hindered by an event of force majeure such as natural

disasters, act of terrorism, war or government regulations. Termination shall be effective upon

written notice to the other Party.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

arising from the performance or non-performance of services/products under this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any

disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any

prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

Amendment

Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement shall be made in writing and signed by

both Parties.

Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement is entered into between TinyTots, located at Fairview Plaza, Montego

Bay St.James, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and MegaDic Enterprise Ltd, located at

9 DownTown Kingston 11, hereinafter referred to as the "Distributor.’’

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the

Company and MegaDic Enterprise Ltd for the distribution of children's products as outlined as

Exhibit. The Company shall provide MegaDic Enterprise Ltd with the agreed-upon quantity of

children's products for distribution. The Company shall ensure that the children's products

provided meet the quality standards and specifications agreed upon.

Responsibilities of MegaDic Enterprise Ltd

MegaDic Enterprise Ltd shall actively promote and distribute the Company's children's products

in the designated territory.

MegaDic Enterprise Ltd shall maintain an adequate inventory of the Company's children's

products to meet customer demands.

MegaDic Enterprise Ltd shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the

distribution and sale of the Company's children's products.

Pricing and Payment

MegaDic Enterprise Ltd shall pay the Company for the children's products within 14 days of

receipt of the invoice.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on July 6, 2023 and remain in effect until July 30,2023.

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 7 days' written notice to the other party in the

event of a material breach of any provision of this Agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information

disclosed during the course of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any

disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts

in James Parish Court.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior

agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
