APPOINTMENT LETTER
Dear Mr. Parmod Kumar,

This is in reference to our offer letter and your subsequent acceptance of the
same; we are pleased to offer you appointment as “Sr. Engineer-Quality’’ of
Imperial Auto Industries Ltd with effect from 10-08-2017. Your present Place of
posting will be at our “Plot No-14/6’’.
Your Gross will be Rs. 24780/- p.m in accordance with the company’s rules that
are in force for the time being and from time to time.
Your appointment will be subject to the terms and conditions set out in
Annexure I. Please sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter as a token

within 20 days from the date of issue of this letter, the offer of appointment

1. Probation: You will be on a probation period of six month and will be

confirmed on completion of your successful probation period after six
Months if your work and conduct are found satisfactory. The Management,
however reserves the right to dispense with your service
On or before the expiry of the probation period, without giving any notice
thereof, if your performance and conduct during the period does not come
up to the expectations of the management.
2. Office Timing: The Management expects you to strictly adhere to the Office
Timing & it is mandatory to record attendance through the Biometric
Attendance System.
3. Service subject to rules: Your service will be governed by the Company’s

works Standing Orders and such other rules and regulations that may come
into force from time to time.
4. Increment Policy: Increment in your grade will not be automatic but will be
subject top performance, which will be adjudged by the Management.
5. Transfer: You will be liable to be transferred from one job to another, one
location to another, holding company or to any of its
Subsidiary/associate/sister company or vice versa anywhere in India,

6. Provident Fund and Family Pension Scheme: You are eligible to contribute
to Provident Fund and Employees Family Pension Scheme from the date of
your appointment, which will be on the minimum applicability
7. Certificates and Testimonials: At the time of joining duty, please bring with
you for our records certified copies of your certificates and testimonials,
and three copies of your recent passport size photographs. You also need
to furnish a No Objection Certificate from your previous employer if you
are presently employed.
8. Leave: You will be entitled to Sick/Casual/Earned Leave as per the
existing rules of the company.
9. Absenteeism: In case you are found absent up to 10 consecutive days
without any lawful permission or authorization, it shall be deemed by the
Management that you have abandoned the job on your own accord and
therefore your name would be struck off from the master-rolls, presuming
that you have lost lien from the job automatically.
10. Antecedents information: Should we find at any stage, any Information
given by you is wrong/false or if we find you have hidden any information,
you will stand liable for action including termination of your services
without any notice.
11. Termination: After confirmation, your service contract can be terminated
by either the company or yourself, without assigning any reason, by giving
a one calendar month notice or notice pay.
12 During the period of your employment with the Company you should not
engage in any other profession or business and endeavour to do your
best to promote the company’s interest.
13. You shall, at all times maintain complete secrecy about the company’s
business efforts, inventions, special manufacturing techniques, secret

processes and the like which may have come to your knowledge during the
period of your employment.
14. During the period of employment, you shall not publish any written
Articles without the permission of the Management.
15. You shall keep and render faithful account of all property of the company
entrusted with you in the course of your employment with the company
and keep the articles intact in running condition.
16. You shall keep the company informed about your change in your address
and your marital status.
17. Your retention in service will be subject to your character having been
found satisfactory after verification.
18. Your appointment is subject to your being found medically fit by the
Company’s Medical Officer
19. You will automatically retire on attaining the age of 58 years.
20. In case of any dispute of any kind arising out of the employment or breach
of the terms contained herein, the Faridabad Courts shall have exclusive
jurisdiction in the matter.
