experience in the Electric mobility domain of Automotive industry, delivering exceptional
results in finite element analysis, and product design optimization. Proficient in FEA tools,
stress analysis, Automation scripting and machine learning

ZF Group, Hyderabad - Feb 2020 to Present
Tech. Lead - E-Motor (Mech.) Simulation
Responsibilities:
- Developed and executed finite element models and methodologies to analyse linear and
non-linear structural problems, as well as optimization & thermo-electric domain issues.
- Developed ML models from simulation data a enable multi-physics optimization
- Developed automation scripts to reduce repetitive manual modelling tasks
- Performed topology optimisation of stator circuitry plastic mould, to meet dynamic and
static requirements
- Defined necessary structural calculations during the Advanced-Engineering phase and
efficiently executed complex non-linear 3D simulations.
- Actively participated in relevant Design/Verification reviews, proposing design solutions
based on simulation results.
Responsibilities:
- Developed and executed finite element models and methodologies to analyse dynamic
behaviour of laminated stator & rotor components of electric motor
- Developed post-processing automation scripts for lamination strength check
- Completed DFSS Green belt by developing a stator assembly modelling methodology,
optimising modelling time and fidelity
- Assist in benchmarking of competitor motor structural performance with simulation
- Assisted in developing ML model with MATLAB NN toolbox that predicts natural
frequencies of stator for a set of material properties
