Manager Sourcing

Identify and select suppliers, negotiate prices and terms of purchase, and place orders for Vehicle Hiring,
goods, or services required by the business. Ensure that the purchased materials meet the required
specifications and standards, and that delivery timelines are met.
Inventory: Manage inventory levels and monitor stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished
products to ensure that adequate levels are maintained to support production and delivery requirements.
Develop inventory control systems to optimize efficiency and minimize costs, while also ensuring that
inventory accuracy is maintained.
Logistics: Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure
that products are delivered to customers on time and in the most cost-effective manner. Develop logistics
strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs, while also ensuring compliance with
safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


Proven experience in Purchase, Inventory, and Logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or
engineering environment.
Excellent knowledge of inventory control, logistics operations, and purchasing processes and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Manager Operations- Tower Control Room

Key Skills
Knowledge of Statutory Compliances for Fleet Operations and Management and ensuring adherence, tyre
insurance, fitness, pollution etc.
Vendor Management /Workshops/Service Centre/ Spare parts etc.
Design and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for Fleet Management System
and definition of preventive or corrective measures to avoid process deviation.
Identify and define critical metrics for the fleet department.
Identification and implementation of best practices for Fleet Management.
Establishing support systems for ensuring maximum uptime of ambulances viz., arrangements with fuel
suppliers, garages/service centres, insurance agencies, transport authorities etc.
Liaison with OEMs for technical support
Coordination with Training and Development activities.
Liaisoning with respective State Government authorities regarding Fleet related issues.
Implementation of review mechanisms and follow up measures.
Implementation of Cost saving methods in fuel cost/KMPL and repairs maintenance cost.
Budget planning and control.

Executive Transport Operations


The purpose of the role is to place, manage, control the Vehicle placement for transportation in accordance
with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize
business assets and human resources.

Job Responsibilities: -
Placement of Vehicles as per the agreed KPI
Liaison with authorities as required.
Assist in Developing an overall transport strategy to develop an industry leading offer for our customers,
considering people, suppliers, systems, reporting, cost models, marketing and operations improvement.
Standardise KPI reporting across transport operations.
Monthly placement & delivery performance report.
Damages/shortages follow-up.
Preparing monthly saving report.

Manager Finances
This position is to control and Manage Financing part of Business. Cost Control and upkeep of records
with all statutory compliances

Job Responsibilities: -

Communication and presentation skills Ensures business processes, administration, and financial
management.

Maintains accounting system.

Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.

Reviews financial reports.

Prepares financial forecasts.

Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.

Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.

Assists management to make financial decisions.

Supervises employees.

Investigates means to improve profitability.

Reviews and processes payments of the company.

Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company
documents.

Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion,
compliance, and scaling of the business.
