Requirements:
Key Skills
Knowledge of Statutory Compliances for Fleet Operations and Management and ensuring adherence, tyre
insurance, fitness, pollution etc.
Vendor Management /Workshops/Service Centre/ Spare parts etc.
Design and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for Fleet Management System
and definition of preventive or corrective measures to avoid process deviation.
Identify and define critical metrics for the fleet department.
Identification and implementation of best practices for Fleet Management.
Establishing support systems for ensuring maximum uptime of ambulances viz., arrangements with fuel
suppliers, garages/service centres, insurance agencies, transport authorities etc.
Liaison with OEMs for technical support
Coordination with Training and Development activities.
Liaisoning with respective State Government authorities regarding Fleet related issues.
Implementation of review mechanisms and follow up measures.
Implementation of Cost saving methods in fuel cost/KMPL and repairs maintenance cost.
Budget planning and control.
Job Responsibilities: -
Placement of Vehicles as per the agreed KPI
Liaison with authorities as required.
Assist in Developing an overall transport strategy to develop an industry leading offer for our customers,
considering people, suppliers, systems, reporting, cost models, marketing and operations improvement.
Standardise KPI reporting across transport operations.
Monthly placement & delivery performance report.
Damages/shortages follow-up.
Preparing monthly saving report.
Manager Finances
This position is to control and Manage Financing part of Business. Cost Control and upkeep of records
with all statutory compliances
