d) Maintain new Drill Pipe Pressure Constant (New d/p press. after pumped reached to Kill rate)

2) D/P Pr.-1100 psi Csg. Pr.- 940 ( no. of strokes pumped 500 )
The problem is…………………………….
a) Stop pump immediately and close the valve upstream of the choke
Line up alternate choke and open HCR
b) Identify the problem, bring the SIDP at original value (………….. psi)
c) Keeping Csg. Pr. Constant bring pump to kill speed
d) Maintain Drill Pipe pressure constant (…………. psi)

3) D/P Pr.- 500psi, Csg. Pr.-340 psi (no. of strokes pumped 800)
The problem is…………………………….
a) Stop pump immediately and close the valve upstream of the choke
Line up alternate choke and open HCR
b) Identify the problem, bring the SIDP at original value (………….. psi)
c) Keeping Csg. Pr. constant bring pump to kill speed
d) Maintain Drill Pipe pressure constant (…………. psi)
4) D/P Pr.- 550 Csg. Pr.- 350 (No sound of pump in Simulator )

The problem is…………………………….
a) Close choke and bring pump throttle to zero
b) Identify the problem , Line up alternate pump, bring the SIDP at original value (………….. psi)
c) If KRP of second pump is same maintain original Drill Pipe pressure constant (………….. psi)
