An Electrical Engineering Manager is a skilled professional specializing in the design and

development of electricity-related products, such as power systems and Gen sets, Compressors &
household appliances. They collaborate with electronics and transmission & distribution engineering
fields to create essential components for modern living.

 Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products


 Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
 Evaluating systems’ safety, reliability, and performance
 Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
 Define customer needs and requirements
 Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety
standards
 Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
 Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems
 Summarize data and report on test results
 Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
 Monitor maintenance and inspection plans
 The instrumental side would be a Plus.
 Responsible for research, design, develop, manufacture and install mechanical components
and systems

 Hands-on experience using design and calculation software

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts and consumables, ensuring budgetary
constraints and arranging strategic spares availability for maintenance requirements.
 Acquire considerable knowledge of plant processes and relevant systems, troubleshooting
problems, and leading the maintenance team in issue resolution.
 Execute work orders through CMMS (SAP) and coordinate with the maintenance
engineer for job completion and technical matters.
 Apply technical craft, techniques, processes, and principles, preparing for mechanical
maintenance of assigned equipment/area.
 Report daily activities, spare parts, and consumables to Maintenance Manager, updating
spares availability for maintenance needs.
 Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment, including
cleaning machines related to the electrical section.
 Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out,
controlled, and updated.
 Implement, monitor, and report IMS objectives, Targets, and programs.
 Provide necessary resources for effective IMS implementation and sustenance.
 Report IMS performance to management periodically.
 Ensure legal compliance within the scope of activities.
 Identify root causes for non-conformances/deviations and implement
corrective/preventive actions.
 Identify competency gaps for subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions.
 Carry out annual performance evaluations of reporting employees.
 Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational requirements.
 Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT performance.
 Identify, document, and control hazards in the assigned work area.
 Ensure monitoring of identified aspects and adherence to operational controls.
 Report deviations in Integrated Management System, identify root causes, and implement
corrective and preventive actions.
 Report emergencies, incidents, and near misses.
 Ensure effective resource utilization.
 Perform other duties as assigned.
