BASKET BALL MECHANICS AND RULES

1. Each team shall consist of five players.

2. A team may have a captain.
 Captains are expected to perform in the clutch and lead the team to victory.
 Captains are expected to maintain control in the most pressurized situation and be the
model of excellence for their teammates.
3. Each player shall be numbered on the front and back of his jersey.
4. A player is disqualified from the game when he receives a 5th personal foul.
 There will be one free throw attempt in every foul committed.
5. A player is disqualified in the game when he committed a second attempt of trash talk and dirty
words to other players.
6. A substitute shall report to the scorer and position himself in the front of scorer’s table.
7. A team must score 21 points to win the game.
 Change court is 10 points.
 2 points above the 3point area line.
 1 point under the 3point area line.
