bustees in the neighbourhood of Hastiogs.\Thia gives further information aa t0
‘the rights of tenants of houses in Hastings. It shews that they are, in the
ahsenco of special contest, Hisble to ejcotment under Section 106 of the Twansfer
of Property Act, and that, though they are not entitled to compensation if their
Jands are taken orer by Goverment, yet they have in past years received such
‘compensation.

vot in the soil is to live on it until tno expiry of six months’ notice to
quit, the end of which six months must coincide with the end of a financial
your (cide Section 106 of the Transfer of Property Act). They have no pro.
