REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR AGENCY PERSONNEL

Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs):

1. What is “Regular Training Programs for Agency Personnel”?

Regular Training Programs for Agency Personnel are trainings by the Commission on
Audit that are pre-planned and calendared for the year and offered for the Officials and
personnel from other government agencies. The list of available training programs can
be found in the COA Website (www.coa.gov.ph), particularly in the Trainings tab.

2. How can I enroll in the training programs?

Aspiring participants must be nominated by the Agency Head or an authorized


representative, and a Focal Person of the Agency must register on behalf of the
nominees thru the Training Registration Form in the COA Website and submit the
required attachments. For more details, please refer to the Registration Procedures and
Guidelines.

3. What is the maximum number of participants in one class?

The PDO will accommodate a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 60 participants per


class.

4. How many nominees will be accommodated per agency?

A maximum of ten (10) nominees per agency will be accepted for each available
training program.

5. How much time does it take to process the nomination?

The nomination will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receipt of the
duly-accomplished Training Registration Form (TRF) with complete attachments.

6. How much are the training fees and how do we pay for them?

The training fees vary per training program in consideration of the training duration and
cost. To know the individual training fee in your desired training program, please refer
to the Schedule of Course Offerings.

Please note that the training fees of approved participants must be settled per agency
for each seminar conduct and not individually.

After duly completing the Training Registration Form (TRF) and uploading the
required attachments, you will receive an action slip that indicates the status of your
registration and payment modes/procedures via email.

The certified copy of proof of payment of the amount payable shall be submitted via
email to agencytrainings.coa@gmail.com at least five (5) working days prior to the
conduct of training.
