goal is to practice turning your attention first to the truth.
MIND OVER MATTER
Affirmations support physical, emotional, and spiritual health and boost body
confidence. They provide a unique way for you to remind yourself of your good qualities,
and redirect, and realign your thoughts along more positive lines.
Creating your own unique affirmations can empower you to let go of the small things
and focus on what is important and valuable to you.
Use the space below to draft your affirmations. Try to right at least 10:
1) I love my body and i love myself.
2) I’m so gorgeous that I’m dangerous.
3) I will give my body enough rest.
4) I will give my body the best foods, healthy and balanced.
5) I am the captain of my boat, i will face all storms head on, proud and honoured.
