AN ORDER DESIGNATING SPECIAL DISBURSING OFFICERS TO DISTIBUTE, DELIVER TO THEIR

RESPECTIVE HOUSEHOLDS OF SENIOR CITIZENS, AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES THE BENEFITS THAT
THEY ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE

WHEREAS, ever since the giving of benefits to Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities has
started, they are required to go to the Barangay Halls or Municipal Hall to claim such benefits like the
Social Pensions or Birthday Gifts;

WHEREAS, most of the Senior Citizens are already old enough to the Municipal Hall to claim
their birthday gifts and other benefits;

WHEREAS, Persons with Disabilities are also having difficulties in going to the designated venues
to claim their benefits;

WHEREAS, it has been observed that to follow the old procedures are impractical, unnecessary
inhumane and not conducive to the health conditions of these people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROMAN B. BULLEN, Municipal Mayor of Dauis, Bohol, by virtue of the
powers vested in me by law, hereby order designating Special Disbursing Officers to Distribute, deliver
to the Respective Households of Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities the Benefits that they are
Entitled to Receive.
