Firm Objectives

1. To carry out consultancy services in education and in particular, teacher education trends at
Local, National, Regional and International/Global levels to inform the sector specific system for
improved performance
2. To utilise the Firm specific expertise to conduct research in various areas to add value to the
existing operations, systems for quality assurance
3. To evaluate the existing education and related line ministries field practices to benefit the
relevant communities of practice and user systems
4. To develop and review relevant defined on/offline content areas and resources as shall be spelt
out by the education sector/institution to address the current reforms and innovations
5. To formulate and review relevant general education and specific teacher regulations in form of
policy and frameworks for quality planning, implementation and quality products.
6. To plan, organize and conduct virtual and blended training in the Firm focused areas as shall be
appointed by the respective education and related sectors
